Workshops break down certain concepts, postures or themes, allowing you to go deep in to a specific area such as backbends, arm balances etc

Journey to front splits workshop

In this workshop we will work on the conditioning drills and techniques you need to get in to splits safely.

We will cover:

- Hamstring strength and flexibility

- Hip flexor strength and flexibility

- Hip mobility

- Ankle mobility

- Different ways of stretching: passive, active, dynamic and PNF

- Modifications and props to support and maximise your practice

- How backbends and splits work together
