In this workshop we will work on the conditioning drills and techniques you need to get in to splits safely.

We will cover:
- Hamstring strength and flexibility
- Hip flexor strength and flexibility
- Hip mobility
- Ankle mobility
- Different ways of stretching: passive, active, dynamic and PNF
- Modifications and props to support and maximise your practice
- How backbends and splits work together
